In the event you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Steps you always need to follow when you want to return a product:

1. A return must be submitted in writing by emailing help@vetbedoriginal.co.za within 7
business days after the product has been delivered.
2. A customer must provide proof of purchase.
3. A photo of each of the products that are submitted for return must be included in the
email.
4. Products submitted for return must be in a sellable condition unless products were
damaged or faulty by the time of delivery.
5. Products must always be in their original packaging.
No shipping costs will be refunded, and the cost of return is the customers responsibility.
All refunds are subject to inspection and are validated before the refund is processed, which can
take up to 10 business days after the returned product is received by us.
